Carrot salad

Carrot salad:
  • Clean or peal carrots,
  • boil until soft,
  • drain and mash,
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper,
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds if you want,
  • garlic cloves, finely chopped to taste,
  • And Add Olive Oil and Fresh Lemon
